Heterojunction with organic thin layers on silicon for record efficiency hybrid solar cells


     Transparent conducting electrode/silicon (Si) Schottky photovoltaic (PV) devices attract intensive studies because of their simple device structure as well as compatibility with the well established Si technology. The transparent conducting material functions as a charge
carrier collecting layer and forms a Schottky junction with Si to produce a depletion region,
